There's a new sheriff in town, and it's name is ReForce!

This is the first utility I've seen since nvRefFix (which died at DET
versions higher than 23.11, and has been abandoned by the author)  that
ACTUALLY WORKS and is damned easy to use!

You can get it at http://www.racesimcentral.net/, though the
page is loading extremely slowly and unreliably at this time.

As always, be very, very careful when using utilities like this.  It can
damage your monitor, and setting your refresh rate higher than what you
monitor can support can actually start a fire in the worse circumstances!
BE CAREFUL WITH ANY UTILITY LIKE THIS!  Get help if you do not know what you
are doing.

Finally, an EASY way to get rid of the 60hz blues in OpenGL :)

RivaTuner 11.0 also fixes the rr problem for XP.......get it at GURU3D.  It
also can disable SBA for those of you still running VIA chipsets.  Which
means you can go back to 4x AGP rate and maintain stability.

I"ve had too many problems with RivaTuner, but thanks for the info!

And RefreshForce is more like thie old nvRefFix.  Simple, quick and it
works.  Oh, and there's NO residual software running after you use it.

This one doesn't work for me.

That's been the problem since nvreffix died.  None of the post nvreffix
tools have been working for everyone.  It's been scattered success.

Plus, I prefer the "Mash One Button And Be Done With It" method of nvreffix
and RefreshForce.

ReForce address an angle that I've not seen in the other utilities, and
that's the possibility of multiple Monitor Records for the same display in
the system.  I think this is why this one actually works where the others
have failed.
