N2HQ Installation Problems

I just recently got a new computer and was reloading all of my Nascar 2
software and I am having a problem with the full install (2.5M) of
N2HQ.  It install fine but when I try to run the program I get the
message (unexpected error, quitting)  are there some other files I need
for this?  I would appreciate any assistance.

Thanks for the replies the problem was with the visual basic runtime
files.  I loaded VB5 runtimes and everything was working fine now.
