WARNING!! The download speed is the worst I've seen.  I have broadband
and the thing is moving at 4 kps!  If anyone knows another site to
download these tracks please let us know.

I just downloaded the o-ring for 2003 in a little over a minute. It averaged
about 60kps.  I'm using Cox cable.

I just revisited the site and the problem has been corrected--the
download speed seem fine now.

Agreed!  You end up with a heck of a tin top road racing sim.  Lots of fun
online.
