V5 and GPL problem

V5 and GPL problem

    I just got a V5 5500 and, for the most part, everything works EXCEPT
GPL.   After executing, I go right back to the desktop before hitting the
Sierra splash screen.    Any tips from anyone who had the same problem?   I
have the most recent supported drivers.

Also, is it common that a some games won't work when Anti-aliasing is
enabled?   Like SBK 2001 and No One Lives Forever?

Strike this.....They both are working fine with AA now....

Check your GPL folder (eg. c:\sierra\gpl) and make sure you don't have
glide2x.dll in there. If so rename it or delete it.

Dan, if you need tweaks and tricks with the V5 5500 with FSAA for GPL?
enabled, please try Sim Racing Mag : http://www.simracingmag.com and look
under "hardware", I got a V5 5500 since day 1 and went through every
drivers and tweaks possible, good luck.
