problem with ACT LABS force RS

Since yesterday the thottle is always at full in the windows control panel
properties

In the games it is not working anymore, the brakes are but no throttle

I suspect more an electronic problem because it was working all right the
last time i used it, it didn't "brake" in the middle of a game.

Anybody has a clue ?
