Are you saying you can get through Masta *flat* in N2k3???  I can't even do it
in a Cooper... :(

I can get through Masta flat out just fine, every time, in any ol' car.
Just as long as I don't worry where I'll end up at the exit     ;)

Regards, Rudy

PS. Usually somewhere near Zandvoort   ;)

Haven't been able to do it again SINCE... :-(

I would guess with a good setup/line people will be taking Masta at
200mph+.  With downforce it's a much faster turn.  I managed 190 on my
first try without realizing I was going that fast.

The entire downhill section of Spa is pretty damn quick compared to
the GPL cars.  I keep finding myself underbraking bigtime at Malmedy
because I'm carrying so much momentum into it.

In NR2K3?  Geeze!  I'm merely a slug at 3:21 on my first complete lap
with a mildly adjusted <fast> setup.

2:5x's pretty soon.

I drove through Masta in real life a week or two ago, with my nose pressed
up again the window so firmly it was almost flat - does that count? :-)

I did it in 40deg cloudy..seems temps affect laptimes a lot in n2003 so
you're probably not interested in it then.  They're the conditions guys on
rank are using so I'll stick to that I think.  btw I've since improved to
3:02.8

What's with all these code names for the turns?

You need to start using names all of us can understand!

For Example, the left turn by the Cow standing by the barn.

Like that :)
