Somebody told me I had to download the newest drivers. I already had them
and I don't see where I could enable it. Don't you have to change the wiring
of your pedals?

If you get the latest drivers from www.act-labs.com a readme.txt will be
included in the zip - all is explained in the readme.txt

The game has to support it too.
If the game does support it, version 1.23 drivers have a check box in
the game controllers applet that lets you select it.
