0) We need a name for our little group.  I propose "RAS Racing
Collective".  This would be comprised of a group of trusted drivers that
merely want to race for cleanly for fun against other like-minded
drivers.

1) If I can figure out how to get into my roadrunner webspace, I can
host a web page that provides downloadable .cup.car files and/or links
to such files, and everyone that wants to can email me with download
links for up to three cars.  That way, the RAS Racing Collective can
have a place to download cars for the various drivers.  The only thing I
would ask is that people that provide links AVOID the no-cost web
hosting services because of the banner/pop-up ad ***we would have to
deal with.

2) Instead of handing out a password, just add the RAS Racing Collective
drivers to your invite list.  That way, we have to be on the list to
join the server, but we don't have to have a password.  You would still
have to specify a password so that wrecking ***s can't join, but we
don't have to know the password to join ourselves.

I'd like to remind anyone that needs a car that I have almost two dozen
ready to use (including pit crews) in the game.  If you want a car that
*looks* like a stockcar as is reasonably well done, be sure to check
them out. I have a good selection of nostalgic cCup cars, as well as
several fantasy cars.

I don't do requests, and I don't have the time or inclination to make
even the most minor of changes, but I *do* make the layered PSP file
available on request (via email), so you can butcher - I mean hack - I
mean modify the paintjobs in anyway you see fit.

Keep in mind that *I* drive the 43 cars, and the 51 car (Georgia Boot)
is already claimed by someone, so those cars aren't available for you to
drive online (but be sure and download them anyway - grin).

I can provide a forum at Racesim Central where people can upload their cars
and we can post race information etc. Just say the word and I'll set one up
in 2 minutes.

I can also provide webspace on our server to host car files as an
alternative.  If things take off I can also provide a sub-domain like we do
for the GPLEA.

   Dangit Phil, NOW I'm gonna have to bug my DTM teammate to try and paint
an N4 car like the Awesome Alfa he did for DTM.  I've got a Champcar, a F1
car and a DTM rig all based on the same theme....guess N2002 is next...
