If the person that did that drawing is building the thing,
I don't think I would even sit in it, due to the injuries I
might receive. Better have some good insurance if you plant
you ass in that contraption.

West cult, are you ???

lol

You would be a lot more careful about wrecking in it, 'cause you know you
would be killed when it collapsed on you......

I like the idea, though, and am glad to see someone working on it.

Just think what fun you could have if this motion simulator gets produced,
and if RL lives up to the hype, and they let you stop working in the
community garden long enough to enjoy them together.....

:)

There is a snag... I got room for another program on my computer. I don't
have room to install *that*.

Very cool. If it worked well (with a lot of commercial games) I don't
know, maybe $1000?

I chekced some months ago and I think they guessed $ 10-15k.
It is not meant for personal use, but there will be a less expensive
mass production version later as far as I understood.

$1000-2000 might be acceptable for me if I knew it was very good.

I guess the first home g-force generators should be a lot simpler in
design. Mybe the simple version is just front back tilt and something
like 10-15 degrees in each direction. Would be nice to feel weight
transfer.

Well from the looks of this website, it looks complicated, but over at the
Racer website they describe it as being a "chair".
