I forgot how to check latency during online race ....?

In times, when we didn't have WinVroc yet, I remember that was possibility
to enter the chat , write something, leave the chat, enter again and my
latency was written, Now I'm behind linux firewalls servers and I can race
online but I can't check latency, please help
