GTR demo problem

Can anyone help me. I go through the menus okay on GTR but when it starts
loading the track it crashes back to desctop half way through loading.
Anyone got any ideas i have a radeon 9000 with latest omega drivers on a
athlon2400 running xp

Try deleting the particular hat file for the track that is failing to
load, it will be located in UserData\LOG\HAT.

This may or may not work but did work for me when I had a similar
loading problem with the demo.
