I have been into R/C cars over the last six months and was wondering if
a demo of GTR 2002 is out so we can give it a try?

While Computer Racing doesn't dominate my life, I would like to try a few
more Sims before I buy a 2.4 gig system with a 128 mb Video to satisfy my
desires..

Found F1 2002 down to $20 at Best Buy recently

Tim:
The only demo would be the thousands of screenshots at Blackhole,
drivingItalia and the Simbin forums.
kinda hard to make a demo of a Mod, since it needs the host sim to work.
The only way for a demo of a mod like GTR would be for the guys to 'mod'
the F1 2k2 demo and that would almost be like starting a whole new project.
I don't think it would be very time efficient.

(now...can you PLEASE figure some way to get your tracks available???)

No, you need EA's F12002 for GTR2002. GTR2002 is a free mod, a add-on for
F12002.
And it's defenetly worth buying F12002 because of GTR2002.

Go for the F1 2k2 / GTR2002 combo Tim, you'll like it so much you will go
out and buy the 2.4GHz system to enjoy it even more.

Well, someone converted the JGTC mod for F1 2001 for use with the F1 2002
*demo* (see http://www.asahi-net.or.jp/~ak2k-wd/f12002mod.html), so maybe
it can be done...
