It is very good and a good value. I'd say it's 85% of a 9700Pro for $200
less, I feel like it was a great buy and will last me atleast till Doom3
comes out. If you play Nascar Racing 2003 it is really good for that game. I

Highly recomended!

You sure you're not talking about the 9500? I have an 8500 and it is faster
than the 9000 (same core). There is no way I can do 6xfsaa in any resolution
and get better than 20fps.

Not really. You want the 9100 unless you MUST have DX9 full
hardware compatibility. DVI means it is designed for the digital
flat panel LCD's.

The 9000 is not a DX9 part either.  You need to go to a 9500 in order to get
DX9 features.

Excuse my French.....but you are a muppet.

If you want to know how far from 85 % the 9000 is from the 9700Pro go look
at www.tomshardware.com  and look at the VGA charts....

You talk as a 9000 owner..i talk as a 9700 Pro owner and they are worlds
apart.....85%...lolololol..muppet.

No, only 9500 and 9700 family are dx9 certified.
9000/9100 (ex 8500) is dx8.1.

one a warped outlook on life.  :)
