I use the one found on www.rage3d.com, can't say I've tested it against
others though, but it worked fine on my soft modded 9500PRO as well as
the 9800PRO that just replaced it :-D

I also use R3DTweak.  There is an interesting alternative at
http://atitool.ocfaq.com/
The idea with this one is that once you choose a coreclock it can
automatically search for the highest stable memclock.

Very interesting, tho I've found in practice that it's results are too high
and don't carry over into more demanding benchmarks like 3dmark03.  Still it
is quite fun to play with.

Interesting, I'll be getting a 9800SE that I'm going to play around with
on Monday, apparently there's a BIOS hack now that will give you a "bit"
of performance boost, worked well enough on my 9500 and I love tinkering
with stuff like that
