I have the TIR 3 Pro, and added the Vector Expansion shortly after it came
out.
If I were buying a new one today, it would certainly be the TIR4.

Perhaps the TIR4 may seem smoother to us, but right now my TIR3 Pro seems
prettty darn smooth to me.
I will probably go ahead and order the TIR4, just to have it, but I won't be
expecting to see a major improvement over my TIR3 Pro for the money spent.
If one did not have a TIR of any sort right now, I would say without
hesitation go the TIR4. If they have a TIR3 Pro and the Vector expansion, I
would not go into the TIR4 expecting a big difference, only if they are the
type that want the latest and greatest and don't mind spending the bucks...
