However, now GPL will not recognise my LAN. (Previously it worked fine).

The LAN network is working ok, and network neighbourhood reports no
probs, and I can transfer files ok between pc's ok.

I've got IPX, and TCP/IP and Netbeui enabled, but all GPL gives me via
the multi player screen is one of the Serial ports (which has my old
analogue modem connected) or nothing at all!

Is there any settings in Core.ini or similar that I may need to tweak?
or has anyone got any other ideas why GPL fails to see the network?

Hi Peter. I don't have an answer, as I'm still a bit behind you. I'm a few days
away from getting my home lan set up, and I'm currently struggling with trying
to host behind my new nat router(D-Link DL704). The only thing I can suggest is
a few places to do some reading.

alternate_ip_addr_lookup = 1

in core.ini ? Also, found that I had to have ip addrs of 192.168.0.n on home
lan to get GPL talking, even if all other apps are ok.
