The "replay bug" started when Papyrus added the .RPX associated file,
that links the saved replay to a file that links the names of the
drivers that were in the saved On-line race. A quick fix is to upgrade
to 32meg. Not a great solution but, it worked for me. I believe it has
something to do with running out of memory space when saving the replay
to the HD.
Since upgrading to 32meg. I have saved all my HAL races that are 18% to
23% in length, from various tracks and have had no problems.
What does Charlie (Hawaii programmer) Heath think of this?
