I am sure track painters will be updating all the tracks to swap out any
Winston Cup/Union76 signs with Nextel/Sonoco.   But My question is,
Is the nr2k3 file structure set so that one set of files can be downloaded
that will do a global replacement, or do we need to grab graphic updates
for each individual track?

if your zip file holds the directory structure of the sim it will extract
all the updates to their perspective folders.

This (a laudable venture to be sure) will likely cause some havoc
online-I hope the 2004 versions have "2004" in their online/file
names to avoid this confusion...

Graphic updates that don't modify the track surface are fine online.
