In 2001, there was a rumored white scheme that Dale was supposedly
going to run for The Winston that year. This is that scheme, on the
new body. Since this is the most popular car I've done, here it is
again, as a fictional.

This is a complete .car file, with a matching pit crew. Simply extract
it from the .zip, drop into your series/cup/cars folder, and it should
appear in your Opponent Manager list next time you open up N2003.

Hey, that's pretty good!  Change the black numbers to red, and "outline" the
headlights, and you'd have just about the same scheme Dale Jr. ran at Myrtle
Beach back in '96...
