Problem running Monaco Racing Sim 2

I get the following error when I try and run the sim

MGPRS_V caused an invalid page fault in module MGPRS_V.EXE at 023f:0056b9e1.

I have updated driver for my Orchid 3DFX card and made sure I am using
certified versions of all the Direct X6 components. I have tried the small,
medium and lare installations without any success.

Any ideas anyone?

I only have the demo but had the same error message. Go to Cpa/dll/sound cpa
and change Default=WAVX2 to WAVPW.
You can always change back if this doesn't help your problem.
I also had to edit these settings in F1RS to stop crashes also.
