My T2 works fine in the Windows 95 game controller set up and other
games. In F1RS demo, the gear shift works as the accelerator/brake, and
there is no steering control from the wheel or any keys. The demo does
not seem to allow any control changes, is there a file I can edit to
change the settings for T2 compatibility?

Is your steering and pedal axis on Joystick #1? I think you need
that for the demo. If you have an old T2, you need to use the converter
to put all the axis on Joystick #1. The game appears to be configurable
to allow the pedals on Joystick #2 though.

Also you have to unassign the buttons to a key or something, then assign the
pedals.
