I saw a post today about racing at Talladega without the plate
can someone tell me how this is done??I must have missed this before.

thats just simple. get the nascar2 hq programm for win95 from dane johnson
(its on most n2 sites in the web, like the pits) under track settings you got
to un check the box for restrictor plate, gives you 230 mph on the straight,
but watch the turns
