The Sigspat.exe file found in the nascar2 directory changes something
name windat or soemthing. It said it failed on me too but I just tried it
again and it worked. It is supposed to fix a minor bug in the game when u
run it in windows. I hope this helps but try it out for yourselves.
After it is done downloading it tells you what the process did.
