I am running NR2 in the Rendition mode, with a Sierra Screamin' 3D.
Will a VESA driver improve my performance?

Any help would be appreciated!!

You don't need a VESA driver, as the Rendition cards already have VESA 2.0
on-board.

As a followup.  The only way to increase performance in Rendition mode
is to use the -dma mode and with the patched versions use the -4 switch
as well.  If your motherboard BIOS has settings for PCI latency timings
you might squeeze some more performance out of the card by tweaking this
setting.
