I've got Project Gotham Racing, Rallisport Challenge, and Sega GT 2002.
Wondering what you guys recommend next?  I'm not a big fan of NASCAR, but
I'm considering NASCAR Heat.  Is it pretty good?

MotoGP is spectacular.

Have you played the PC version of Heat?  It's pretty much the same, but
with updated cars and improved graphics.  Still the same annoying AI
though.  Still the same wide viewing angle that makes it difficult to
see your markers approaching.  But also still the same friendly physics,
and I definitely think it is better than it's only real competitor,
NASCAR Thunder for the Xbox.  In some ways I actually like the Xbox
version of Heat better than the PC version, because the PC version has
never really felt right with my wheel.  I guess if you haven't tried the
PC version I would recommend renting it first to make sure you like it,
because it's no NR2002 but it's still basically a very good game.

Wait for NASCAR Thunder 2003.  It's using the F1 2002 physics engine and is
being developed by an different EA team (Tiburon - dev. of Madden football).
EA is trying to bring NASCAR to the same level of quality as F1 2002.
They're even taking on Papy with a PC version.  While I don't expect NT 2003
to be better than Papy's latest sim it will probably be superior to the now
dated NASCAR Heat (Ed Martin from NASCAR Heat is now heading up the NASCAR
Thunder 2003 team).

Why is there no F1 2002 for the Xbox?

It was released in Europe but not in the US.  Solid reviews from simulation
fans.  2001 probably didn't sell well in the US so I don't know if we'll see
it.
