help with need4speed high stakes

please help me!
I'm playing with Need for Speed high stakes. I know there are cheats, but I
don't know how or when I must write these.
Someone says in the arcade menu...as I did, but nothing has happened.
I'd like to play with big traffic and with cars like jeep or something
similar (busses ecc.).
Please answer me!
