Without participation of European drivers, almost exclusive oval tracks and
NO presence on TV there's no chance for Nascar in Europe... ;(

year. 1/3 of the races live, the rest on tape delay.

Hehe, :) FIRST contact with nascar was Nascar Racing 1 a few years ago. THEN
i get eurosport and they did some LIVE acts 1999. 2000 was a bad year for
european nascar fans, but Eurosport announces to broadcast more Nascar races
this year.

Now what I really would like to see is a TT Era simulator based on the
Papyrus physics engine - there's no doubt it could be done - I'm thinking
GPLEA's Goodwood - Aston DB4GTZ , Ferrari 250GTO , Cobras , Jag D's & E's ,
Porsche RSK's & 904's .... I just can't understand why nobody's suggested
this.
Lord knows we've enough Rally , F1 , Oval , Touring cars , all done to death
if not yet done well enough - is it down to product placement money , paying
for game development ? Does Historic / Legends just spell commercial
disaster ?

Anyway, think about that one: it's "Euro"sport, but they are not
showing the European races. Unbelievable! ;)

Correct. German channel Premiere have secured the rights or
something. I think if Eurosport shows any races this year, the
European races will be tape-delayed.
