Nascar coverage in UK (and Europe)

I just read that Eurosport are showing the Rockingham race live tonight
from 17:30 - 21:30 (right after a CART season preview, excellent).  It's
the first I'd heard of NASCAR being shown over here, other than Sky's
odd biggies (Daytona, Brickyard).
Anyway, Does anyone know whether this is a regular thing?  Are Eurosport
showing much of the season?  I hope so.
Eurosport might have lost F1, but with the extended CART and now maybe
decent NASCAR coverage, who cares?  Now we've got motor RACING!

Thanks

Eurosport should be showing "most" Nascar races live and, by the looks of
things, their early evening weekday programs ("Motors" and "Speedworld")
will probably be showing highlights.

Didn't realise they've lost F1 - I might have to resort to watching ITV
when RTL go to their ad breaks :-)

It's great to watch NASCAR live in Europe for the first time, even
with lots (!) of commercials.
Unfornately they didn't show the Daytona 500 and the won't show the
Indy 400 either. I've heard, that Daytona was a great race...
But why did they lose F1 ?
Watching F1 on RTL in Germany insn't much fun at all. They place their
long commercial breakes when you can be sure that someting might
happen and the only thing the commentators have in their minds is
Schumacher. Hope Villeneuve will make it this year!

From what I made out from the coverage on Eurosport, they are going to be
showing alot of Nascar races, however they did not actually admit to what
races they will be showing,I suppose it will all be down to the deals they
do with the American broadcasters (TNN,ESPN etc) but as a fellow motorsport
lover in the UK I really hope that we do get more coverage of Nascar as
Eurosport already cover all the Indycar races and I think these two types
of racing are far more enjoyable than the 'procession' that F1 has
become, over the years the rich have got richer and the margin of technology
between the richer and poorer teams has increased so this year its almost a
for-gone conclusion that Villeneuve will win,if not then Frentzen,I think
the FIA want to take a look at how competitve the American series are and
take note now before its too late, and before I go,I'd just like to say I'll
drink a toast to any judge that jails that shady little bastard Williams
for killing Senna! I mean you would buy a used car from him? Rot in hell
Williams, you sent Mansell away to america, and killed one of the greatest
drivers of all time that was Senna
