After I installed the wheel and ProPanel software, I went to do the
calibration and find that the wheel is in the full right position and no
attempt to calibrate it seems to work. Any ideas as to what might be causing
this condition.and/or how it might be fixed?

You may have a faulty unit.  Does this happen in DOS (try using
TMScope).  If it does contact Thrustmaster Support.

Try looking in your advanced properties in game controllers amd make sure
its set to the gameport of the soundcard you are using..
I was running a SB 64 and a Monster Sound and sometimes I'd forget to switch
it and it did the same thing.
Good Luck
Doug

If you have a monster sound and the pedals don't work, you can solder in a
10k resistor between two pins to get them to work.  dejanews for my recent
post, keywords thrustmaster, monster, sound.
