Daytona the Arcade game - will it come to the PC??

I posted this before, but my server crashed for a few days.  I saw a response on
a friend's ISP, but the guy didn't answer my question... he just ***ed about
how he hates SEGA.... well I know all you NASCAR fans are pissed at SEGA, but
thats not what I was inquiring about.  Here is the message again:

Will Sega's Daytona racing game, available for the Sega Saturn (and in the
Arcades), ever be ported to the PC platform?  Or has it already?  Does anyone
know if this game will be available soon, or if plans are in the work?

Pls reply both in this ng and via e-mail to me, so people don't answer the
question many times over!
