the manual states that you should try to get some laps under
your belt before you start tweaking with the setups, and
N2002rank is really not a hotlapping site because your fastest
laps will usually be driven under race conditions, with a fast
driver slightly ahead of you, pulling you around the track.
I know it happened to me last night at Talladega ;-)
So talking of "hotlapping" in N2002 is a bit strange, I think.

That track plan is basically what the training session does as well.

I'm talking about the final corner before the straight. The flat one. The
one with all the wrecked race cars piled up behind the wall :)
You have to brake at marker 2 at this corner.
