Ever want a little music to accompany your N2 races....Well
although this may seem too easy, pick up a copy of HOTTER
THAN ASPHALT....a Nascar sanctioned CD that has about 10
great "racing song" tracks by various country artists....Pop this
baby into the CD tray and play it in the background while you
play N2 in Windows.....It'll add a new dimension to your ***.

One other note.....if you haven't figured it out (it took me awhile)..
When using the T2 pedal set.....use both feet to drive...ie one foot
on the gas and  the other on the brake.....I was driving like a regular
car for the longest time (one foot driving)   ...then I noticed that Bobby
Labonte uses
both feet when he drives N2........Real obvious....I know but I can't be
the only one who was doing this.....
                                             Enjoy

I drive with 2 feet anyways in a real car.  just incase its alot quicker
to hit the break with 2 feet than it is if you have to move the right
one over....

I haven't moved the pedals on my t1 setup, but I have had it apart to
replace springs and pots.  The only problem with moving the brake will
be splicing in wire extensions, and maybe drilling and tapping mounting
holes if they aren't there.  It should be pretty simple to use a ruler
to mark where they should be if they aren't drilled and tapped already.
Good luck, Steve

With the T1 it's easy enough to move the brake roller to the other side of
the metal.  I've found that it gives enough room to comfortably use both
feet.

Another way to gain a bit more space-- if you don't want to splice wires
ect. is to flip the brake roller to the other side of the pedal.  It will
give you a little more room and takes all of thirty seconds to accomplish.
Just unbolt it, flip the roller to the other side, reinstall the bolt and
your done.
N2-- Well although I haven't done it yet it looks like it's time to break
out the soldering iron and wire cutters :)

Have a happy.

I also moved the brake pedal on my T1, but don't see an ez way for it to
happen on my new T2.  Anyone have any success?

I use them both.... left-foot braking on ovals right-foot braking on
roadcourses (that wat i'm sure i don't press the gas and brake at the same
time, thus optemising my braking, whilch in turn allow me to brake
later....

I have installed a real gas pedal mounted in front of the stock accelerator
roller  pedal. This gives me easier access to the brake as the gas pedal
sits about 2 inches in front of the brake roller assembly.

For what it's worth.

Any rally or racing driver worth his/her salt would have been using left-
foot braking from the time they first took a practice run! Obviously it's
not feasible when wishing to use the clutch to change gears but with six-
speed sequential gearboxes now the norm, even in rally cars, the clutch
is rarely used during gear changing, only when starting off from a rest.

The art of braking with the left foot can cut seconds off lap times and
also off stage times in rallying.

I've been left-foot braking since I started using pedals. I use a lot of
trailing braking and throttle steer. If you learn this technique, you can
run fast laps with less tire squeal and make your tires last longer. You'll
find that a lot of the Indy, F1 and NASCAR drivers also left-foot brake.
