Can you race N2 on Hawaii?  
        - if so -
Can you still race N1 on Hawaii?
        - if so -
Can N1 people race N2 people in same race?

Actually, same question for Kali too.

Hawaii will continue to be N1 only. The NRO Series will be N2 only. Hawaii
will remain in place while Papyrus/TEN work on getting the NRO ready. They
will begin switching users to NRO, leaving Hawaii up until all users have
been switched over to the NRO.
