Get rid of the "No CD Cracked" nascar.exe, which may require uninstalling
the game if you didn't backup the previous .exe

Whenever you use a no-cd crack make a backup of the original exe you are
replacing then you can put it back if you have to apply a patch. Patch
checks version first and if doesn't see the correct exe it won't install.
You have to uninstall N4 and reinstall it, unless you can extract the
original game exe straight off the cdrom.
