Hey,

This is certainly going to seem like a troll, but it isn't meant to be.
I am sure plenty of you will want to kill me for asking this of ymenard, but
here goes:

What is ymenard's beef with Ubisoft?  Whatever it's all about, it
happened before I started readng r.a.s. and I am just curious as to the
beginning of this near-legendary saga.  Did someone from the company run
over your dog or insult your family or egg your house or something?  Do you
have issue with their software?  I am just interested in the genesis of this
long-standing vitriol on your part.

thanks,

~daxe

He was actually owned by Ubisoft at one time. Being a test tube baby,
created for computer game testing purposes. But, with the love of a good
woman, and a clever disguise, he has been able to escape Ubisoft, and now
lives among us as an equal. You can understand his reluctance to speak of
this matter, I just thought you should know.

Daxe... my message toward Ubisoft are just me having fun trolling, for many
reasons related to the company itself, how they actually create their
products, how they treat the clients, how they threat their own employees,
etc..  The main F1 racing HQ for Ubisoft is a couple of minutes where I
live, and brings back to me bad memories.  Ignore my messages or really
laugh at them.  Nothing harsh, and also after expect Ronald to reply to me
;-)

Btgoss that made me laugh btw, very true ! ;)

To add a little spice to this thread.  It has been claimed that the project
manager for the in-development RS3, abruptly left sometime ago.  OK, so this
might be old news to those who read the forum at MGPRS2.com, but for those
who aren't quite up to date on it....

I think that High Gear is still following this story, and trying to get some
kind of official statement out of UBI.  But I wouldn't hold my breath on
that one  :-)

Ha !  I got ya :)

FYI, Im still undecided on MGPRS3.  It "could" be actually acceptable if
they do what they told me they would do, but I seriously do not think it
will, considering the dead-line they have, the workload of the employees up
here, etc..

I for one have never been impressed with anything that Ubisoft has done.
It's all almost as bad as the stuff generated by Accolade (makers of the
Test drive series). Just junk best describes it.
