I am trying to find a *.SEA file for use with the Sound Blaster Live.  There
are numerous environmental sounds for games included with the original software
but nothing for NASCAR.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried the "Forest" environment? It works really well for me with
most of my racing sims.
