I'm not sure what the problem is, but it
could be the joystick port on your Tropez.  It's generally a
good idea to get a dedicated gameport.  They're cheap, too.

I have a problem with Joystik-steering.
My analog Joystick is connected to a Turtle Beach Tropez.
When I drive a view seconds the picture stops moving for a moment and
than just doesnt go fluently. But also the steering information gets
behind the game on the screen. So when I put the Joystick to the right I
hve to wait for a second to see the steering-wheel moving on the screen.
Imagine this!!
Its impossible to drive with the Joystick.
After a while the whole programm crashes.

With the keyboard steering method ther is no problem.

This problem also does occure only in the full verson, not in the demo
version!!

Is there any patch or is it a computer-problem of my machine?

Thanx

It can't be.  I have the same problem with steering and accelaration and braking.
The controls lag about a second behind.  I am using a CH Gamecard III Automatic
but no luck with any controllers from steering wheels and pedals to normal
joysticks.  Driving starts okay but lags behind after some time.  The program
 doesn't crash either.
Any other suggestions?
