MS force feedback wheel and NFS III : sloppy and glided steering: HELP

by euroshutter » Tue, 03 Nov 1998 04:00:00

Hi

I have a Microsoft Force Feedback Racing Wheel and works perfect.

However in need for speed 3 the steering is very sloppy/gliding and i just
can't seem to find the right setting (if there is one) in NFS III.

It's very hard to drive like this; i don't have any REAL control over the
car: it reacts kinda late., even with force off.

Any help would be much appreciated

Thanks!
Rudy

Welcome to NFS III.  If you want some semblance of realism, you'll have to
go back to the original NFS.  With NFS II, Electronic Arts abandoned any
pretence of realism, instead favouring gratuitous graphics.

Marc.
