Unfortunately, the support department can not provide information on the
internal components used in our devices. Taking our products apart
invalidates the warranty. Because we don't expect our customers to replace
parts themselves, we do not have a parts list or any assembly instructions,
nor do we have a source for internal replacement parts.

That was probably to be expected. These days it's like if it can easely be
fixed then don't bother just buy a new one. So what do we do after the
warranty is out? Send it across the globe for $200 and get it fixed for $100
dollars and $5 in parts. No we buy a new one for $200 (over here) and save
minus hundreds of dollars.
