A lot of manufacturers do not provide USB 2.0 drivers any longer and
instead require you to install SP1.
USB 2.0 was a mess on Windows when it came out, and to a certain extent
it still is.
Here's a tip. This confuses people that first go through it :)
This applies to Intel chipped boards, but most likely AMD as well.
When you first install SP1, the USB 2 ports will still show as disabled,
or have hellow question marks.
AFTER you install SP1, here's what you need to do:
1. Double-Click on the yellowed item in the device manager.
2. Go to the Driver Tab.
3. Click on update driver.
4. Go through the wizard. It will find the drivers deposited by SP1
and enable the USB 2.0 controller/port.
You will have to do this more than once for each one in most cases.
