From the player.ini file in your player-directory:

[Misc]
clear_replay_each_session=0              ; Erase replay tape between
sessions?
disable_chat_filter=0                    ; Disable the chat filter
insane_track_detail=8                    ; Extra detail for track during
replay
log_chat_to_file=1                       ; Log chat pad to a file  <====
HERE!

It will then save a chatlog.txt file to the root N2003 directory each time
you start the sim...
