Video Card Problems and N4

Ok, I just got myself a new processor and motherboard, but have experienced
disappointing results.  To my solution, I am asking if there is any program
that will tell me at what AGP speed setting is the video card running at?
Cause my Diamond Viper 770 32mbs AGP seems to be running on 2x agp and not
4x cause the jumper setting on Diamonds site is wrong, yes wrong.  While
running NASCAR 4, at dover (pits standing), at 1280x960x32 my results are
roughly 15fps.  I am running on a Abit KT7-Raid mobo (via drivers 4x agp
enabled and bios 4x enabled), using an amd athlon thunderbird 900mhz.  This
15 fps seems slow, any ideas on what my settings for the 4x agp should be?
are there any programs that tell me my current agp speed setting?  thx

On a TNT2 you really shouldn't be using 32-bit color, 16-bit will give MUCH
better performance.  Also make sure you've disabled v-sync in the OpenGL tab
of the NVIDIA display properties.
