GP2 fps on a P120 in SVGA

I have got a P120 with 16RAM, 2mb Matrox and I play GP2 in SVGA at 12.1 fps with some
details off.
Does anyone have suggestions how to increase fps without turning off too much details?
With memory configuration is the best for GP2?
