A few Nascar 3 questions....

Hi there. Just wondering...

1) Is there a good site that covers car setup and what all the settings
do?

2) Is there a way to look left/right quickly (not counting the mirror)?

3) Does anyone know of any sites containing info on Nascar 4? I've seen
mentions of it but cannot find anything.

4) Is there any way to create new tracks from scratch?
