I have a LWFF GP USB, X36 USB (new), and a Logitec Rumble pad USB that N4
sees and allows me to calibrate, however, I assign the steering axis'(6) and
the throttle and brake axis (7) (sucessfully).  When I click on "Done" it
says "all controls must be assigned", they are no unassigned controls and it
will not accept it.  HELP!!  No problems in GPL, TOCA2, Driver, F1 2000,
Superbike 2001, Mobil 1 Rally, or my flight sims.  Thanks for your time.

are you sure all items are assigned?  The shifting and look left/look right?
Sometimes if
you chose the right paddle for upshifts, it blanks out the downshift that
was the default
assignment for the right paddle. Make sure each item really is assigned.

I am pretty sure, however, I will check that.  BTW, it does not allow me to
assign any of my wheel's buttons, ie. the upshift and down shift.

that is your problem then...Something is messed up somewhere.  My LWFF
uses the paddles for shifting up and down, the two top buttons for looking
left and right and the
two lower buttons for something else...brain fade sorry.  Check to make sure
you are
using the DirectX driver rather than the optimized driver.(there is a coule
of check boxes
on the controller screen in n4, chose the directx one.
most likely when you are assigning the gas and brakes you are removing
something from the default list, and since your buttons and paddles aren't
seen, you are unable to assign all the functions...this would fit with your
error message...good luck
dave henrie(have you upgraded to the 3.65 drivers? --too lazy to checkyour
original post!!)
