Can i get the RS shifter to work with a Logitech wheel, and if so how....?
Also does anybody know if there in the UK to buy....?
Plus is the gear change heavy...? does it have F.Feedback....?

I don't think Software First sell the Shifter which can be used with non-RS
wheels.  There is a special USB Shifter which Act Labs haven't distributed
yet which is only available from their website at http://www.act-labs.com.

The RS-shifter you are looking for is the Act-labs "GPL-shifter". This is a
USB shifter that works with non- Act-labs RS wheels. You can order the
shifter on the Act-labs site  http://www.act-labs.com/access2.htm
