Now that I can save race and run a 100% legnth race,what can I change so that
I dont have 10-15 AI cars with breakdowns?

Try Indy cars where there are only 10-15 cars Running at the end of a
race.

And at least 14 will be at least 1 lap down or more. And the winner
crosses the line 10 minutes before the second place car.
