icr2 nascar conversion

I have converted all the tracks using the latest converter at The Pits.
And I am sure this has been asked before.  All the tracks worked atleast
all the data was convereted (no incomplete install)  but the palett is
completley messed up.  How would I go about fixing this?  Any help would
be greatly apprecitated.  I have the track pack also.  All the tracks
are like this.  Thanks
