The problem appers to be that the file indy2icr.exe tries to overwrite
itself. The solution is to rename it indy2icn.exe before running it.
This worked for me.

Ther is a problem with the pits programme indy2icr.exe as whilst running
it tries to overwrite itself. The solution is to rename it indy2icn.exe
before running it.

I got mine to work...call me lucky.  Keep looking, I found several
sites.  One is called NASCAR/ICRII Grand Central Station, I believe they
have one.  Good luck!!
