SCGT Thoughts???

by Thom j » Sat, 29 May 1999 04:00:00

Hello RASers;
I just bought SCGT 2 days ago & at first I was not overly thrilled
with it {I am a Gpl *** though} but the more I dig' into the sim
or game {which ever ya prefer} the more I'm becoming ***ed
to SCGT! Graphics, handling etc' seems pretty good and I really
haven't got nito the details of SCGT!
Question:  It is extremely hard to setup something like 'Vroc' or
'GSB'. Is it or will it be viable to have online SCGT? Any & all
ideas are welcome!

I think its a blast.  After tweaking my control sensitivity and reducing
the "sensitivity at speed" option I don't skid for the corners and can
correct slides.  For those who think the spins are canned, try reducing
the "sensitivity at speed" option -- even the documentation says having
it to high will not give you enough steering lock to correct an
oversteering car.

There is not online *** software like VROC for SCGT.  Unfortunately,
the online play was poor.  I still have to try the 1551 patch! :-D

If the patch fixes online play, it would be viable.
